We’re incredibly proud to celebrate an exciting milestone for Charlie, originally from Nottingham, who has officially progressed into management.

Charlie’s journey is a brilliant example of what can be achieved through consistency, determination and a genuine willingness to grow. Since joining the business, Charlie has embraced every opportunity to learn, develop new skills and take on greater responsibility.

Reaching management is about much more than personal performance. It means becoming someone others can rely on, supporting newer team members and setting a positive standard through everyday actions. Charlie has demonstrated these qualities throughout the journey and has thoroughly earned this next step.

To celebrate the achievement, the team came together for a special evening filled with speeches, canapés and plenty of well-deserved recognition. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on Charlie’s progress, celebrate the hard work behind the promotion and share the moment with the wider River team.

Charlie’s promotion isn’t the only recent reason to celebrate. Members of the River team also enjoyed an unforgettable incentive trip to Paris as a reward for their hard work and achievements.

Our recruitment and social team were also rewarded with a long weekend in Palma.
