October at River

October has been a busy month at River, with team celebrations, incentive wins and our Q4 conference giving us plenty to talk about. As we head towards Christmas, the excitement is building—and with plans already taking shape for the New Year, there’s plenty to look forward to beyond the festive season too.

Trick or Treat… You Choose! 👻

We brought some Halloween fun into the office with our River Trick or Treat lucky dip. The team took turns picking from a bucket, with bonuses, incentive rewards and the occasional cheeky trick waiting inside.

It was all down to the luck of the draw, which made every pick worth watching! With everyone hoping to pull out a treat, it brought plenty of laughs and a little friendly suspense to the working day.

An Incentive Worth Celebrating 🥂

Away from the Halloween fun, we also had a separate incentive winner to celebrate. Congratulations to Gelegu, who won a three-course meal for two at the Sunborn Yacht Hotel!

With a plus-one invited along, it’s a chance to get dressed up, enjoy an evening out and celebrate the win in style. Recognising achievements and giving the team something exciting to work towards is a big part of life at River, and this prize certainly gave us something to shout about.

Coming Together for Our Q4 Conference

October also saw our Q4 conference, bringing the team together as we head into the final months of the year.

With so much happening, it’s valuable to take a moment to look at the bigger picture: what we’re working towards, what’s coming next and how we want to finish the year. The conference was part of that focus, with attention turning to the opportunities ahead and the plans taking shape for the New Year.

There’s still plenty to achieve before December comes to a close, and the team are looking ahead with excitement.

Our upcoming gala at the Sunborn Yacht Hotel is giving everyone another date to look forward to. It’s an opportunity to come together, celebrate the year and enjoy an evening with the people who have been part of it.

Between the gala, the Christmas countdown and preparations for the New Year, the calendar is filling up quickly. The team say this is the most exciting part of the year, and October has certainly helped set the mood.
